Return of Damaged Products
Should you receive your purchased item(s) with defects, damages or if you received a wrong item, kindly contact us immediately within the day that you receive the products so we can evaluate the issue.
In this case, we will replace the damaged product with the same one if its available or you can replace it with another item, provided that the item is shipped out back to us within 5 days from receipt and that the purchased item is returned back in its original condition upon shipping, unworn, unused, undamaged (for wrong items) and with original label on.
Please be advised to use a traceable method of shipping when returning a product.
We will not be liable for claims of lost or damaged items during transit.
Non-Returnable Products
Certain type of products cannot be returned such as personal care, fragrances, cosmetic and skincare products.
Cancellation of Orders
Please take note that all sales are final once orders are made and we do not accept order cancellation.
